These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the CEEbox website (ceebox.shop) and the services for configuring and ordering CEE electrical enclosures. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Orders are placed through the online configurator. Once an order is confirmed and paid, we will send you a confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing error, unavailable stock, or inaccurate information. Prices are shown in EUR and do not include shipping fees applied at checkout.
The configurator suggests distribution enclosures compatible with the sockets and components you select. Recommendations are indicative and do not constitute a guarantee of compliance with any specific local electrical installation. Installation of electrical equipment must be carried out by authorized personnel, in accordance with the regulations in force in your country.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details. Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully authorized.
Delivery times are estimates and depend on the chosen courier and destination country. Delays due to customs or force majeure are not attributable to us. Details of shipping costs and methods are shown at checkout.
